Design and Range Building
Our dedicated and experienced design team has the capability to create a distinctive footwear range by incorporating influences from various sources, ensuring that each product not only aligns with the brand’s core message but also explores new creative directions that the brand may not have initially considered. This approach pushes the boundaries of traditional footwear design, introducing fresh concepts that enhance the brand’s vision.
We provide comprehensive design presentations that include detailed views of the product along with cross-sections where needed. This allows the brand to showcase the range to potential customers early in the process, giving them an in-depth understanding of the product before prototypes or samples are produced. This early feedback ensures that the final design is well-aligned with customer expectations and market demands, ultimately streamlining the product development process and increasing the chances of success in the market.
Technical
Our team ensures that all technical aspects of footwear production are closely monitored, from the initial specifications through samples and production tooling, guaranteeing that the final product performs as well as it looks and feels. We visit the factory with tech packs to ensure clear communication from the start of the development process for each line.
Collaborating with the factory’s technicians, we support key stages such as material procurement, last development and fit, upper pattern grading, and sole creation and manufacture.
This hands-on approach continues during production trials, where we conduct thorough fit and performance testing. If necessary, we can also arrange third-party testing to meet specific customer requirements, ensuring that each product meets the highest quality and performance standards.
